The Reports module is off

Members report a message or a member to the staff from the right-click menu or /report; the staff handles them in a channel and on the dashboard

It does nothing in Discord until it's on. You can set it up first - it starts working the moment you turn it on.

Members right-click a message or a member → Apps → Report, or use /report. Reports land in a staff channel with Resolve/Dismiss buttons, and here.

Pick a channel only the staff can see — reports name the reporter.
