What it does

Moderation and protection

Warnings, timeouts, kicks and bans (also temporary) with numbered cases and reasons. Members get a DM with the reason and, if you want, a link to appeal.

  • Automod for invite and scam links, bad words, caps, spam and mass mentions
  • Anti-nuke: stops anyone who mass-deletes channels or roles or hands out Administrator
  • Automatic punishments after a number of warnings
  • A log channel for edits, deletions, joins, leaves and role changes

Tickets and modmail

A ticket panel with topics and short forms. Every ticket gets a private channel, the staff can claim it, and a readable transcript is saved when it closes.

  • Members can also DM the bot - the conversation opens as a private thread for your staff
  • Application forms for staff or partner roles, with accept and deny buttons
  • Ratings, auto-close for quiet tickets and staff statistics

Levels and economy

XP for chatting and time in voice, reward roles at the levels you choose, rank cards and weekly, monthly and all-time leaderboards.

Welcome and goodbye messages with an image card, a welcome DM, and roles given automatically when someone joins.

Questions

Is acrO free?

Yes. Every feature works on the free plan. Premium only raises the limits and lets the bot wear your server's own look.

Which permissions does it need?

Only what its features use. The invite link asks for them up front; remove any you don't want and the related module simply stays off.

Does it read my messages?

Only to run features a server turned on (automod, logs, the starboard, ticket transcripts). Nothing is stored except ticket transcripts, which staff can delete — see the Privacy Policy.

Can I use it in my language?

Yes — /config language switches everything the bot says on that server to English, Hungarian or German, and this site has a language switch in the header.
