Reward roles and XP multipliers - the same as
/levels in Discord.Reward roles
Members get the role when they reach the level. The bot's own role has to be above it, and you can only pick roles you could give yourself.
/levels reward-sync gives the reward roles to everyone who's already past them.
XP multipliers
More or less XP for a role or in a channel: 200% is double, 50% half, 0% none. A member with several of these roles gets the best one; a role's and a channel's multiply.
