Subscriptions through Discord aren't open yet. Until then Premium comes with a key.
Got a key (from a giveaway, a partnership or the team)? A server manager runs /premium redeem on the server that should get it. Keys stack: each one adds its days.
Good to know
Is it per server?
Yes. Premium belongs to the server it was bought for or redeemed on, and every member there benefits.
What happens when it ends?
What you made stays: you just can't add more above the free limits, and the bot's custom look goes back to the default. Two things fall back to the free rules: automatic backups keep the newest 3, and ticket transcripts older than 30 days are deleted.
Refunds?
Subscriptions bought in Discord are billed and refunded by Discord under its own policies. See also our Terms of Service.
