Terms of Service

These terms cover the acrO Discord bot, its website and dashboard (together: "the service"), run by acrO TEAM ("we"). By adding acrO to a server or using it, you agree to them. If you add it to a server, you also accept them for how the bot is used there.

1. Using the service

• Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines whenever you use acrO.
• Don't use acrO to harass people, send spam, share illegal content or evade Discord's rules.
• Don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the service's limits and permission checks, and don't access data of servers you don't manage.
• Server staff decide how acrO is set up on their server (moderation rules, automod filters, logging, public leaderboards and so on) and are responsible for those choices, including telling their members about them.

2. The service as it is

We work hard to keep acrO available and correct, but it's provided "as is", without guarantees of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. Features can change, and we can pause or stop the service. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.

3. Premium

• Premium applies to one server. What it adds is listed on the Premium page.
• Subscriptions bought in Discord renew until cancelled, and are sold, billed, cancelled and refunded by Discord under Discord's own terms and policies.
• Premium keys have no cash value, can be redeemed once, and aren't refundable once redeemed unless the law requires otherwise.
• When premium ends, what you made stays; adding more above the free limits stops, the bot's custom look goes back to the default, automatic backups go back to the free number, and ticket transcripts older than 30 days are deleted.

4. Your content

Content you or your staff create with acrO (tags, messages, embeds, settings…) stays yours. You let us store and show it as far as needed to run the features you use — for example posting a tag when someone asks for it. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Ending things

You can stop using acrO at any time by removing it from your server. We can block users or servers that break these terms or abuse the service. What happens to data afterwards is explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits from using or not being able to use the service. Nothing here limits rights you have under laws that can't be waived, such as consumer protection laws.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes are announced. Continuing to use acrO afterwards means you accept the new terms.
