Tickets, modmail and applications
A ticket panel with topics and short forms. Every ticket gets its own private channel, the staff can claim it, and a transcript you can read in the browser is saved when it closes. Members who'd rather write a DM reach your staff through modmail.
One button, one private channel
Members pick a topic, answer a short form if you set one up, and get a channel only they and the support roles can see.
- Topics with their own forms, categories and support roles
- Claiming, adding members, renaming, priorities and reminders for tickets that wait too long
- Ratings when a ticket closes, and auto-close for tickets that went quiet
- A limit on open tickets per member, so nobody floods the queue
Transcripts in the browser
When a ticket closes, the conversation is saved and the member and the staff get a link. Transcripts open on the website, with images and attachments, and staff can delete them.
- Kept for 30 days on the free plan, a year with Premium
Modmail
A member sends the bot a DM; the bot opens a private thread for your staff. Replies go back by DM, with the staff member's name or anonymously — your choice.
Applications
Forms for staff, partner or whitelist applications. Answers arrive in a review channel with accept and deny buttons; accepting gives the role and sends a DM with the outcome.
Commands
Staff commands are hidden from members by Discord's own permissions; the full list is on the commands page.
Setting it up
- Run /tickets setup: pick the channel for the panel, the support role and where transcripts go.
- Add topics and forms with /tickets topic or on the dashboard.
- Turn on /modmail and /applications if you want them — each takes one command.
Questions
Are transcripts free?
Yes. Every ticket gets a transcript on the free plan; Premium only keeps them longer.
Can support staff handle tickets without Manage Channels?
Yes. The support roles you choose can claim, answer and close tickets; only the setup commands need Manage Channels.
Can members open more than one ticket?
Up to the limit you set per member. A member with an open ticket is sent to it instead of opening another.
